RN Per Diem with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting and 1 to 2 years home care experience preferred. Must be able to provide direct patient care for the adult patient and establish a comprehensive care plan with the patient, family, physician and payor source. Have good interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to relate to a variety of health care professionals in different settings. Must have good problem solving skills. Computer skills preferred. R.N interested in working 1 to 2 weekends a month and looking for interested candidates for weekend team.
