Responsible for the maintenance of the Hospital buildings, grounds, equipment and the plant facilities. Must be skilled in a minimum of two particular functions including but not limited to; carpentry, plumbing, electrical, utility management, welding masonry, sheet metal fabrication, construction, mechanics, etc...
