Responsible for the maintenance of Medical buildings, equipment grounds and the plant facilities. Must be highly skilled in all aspects of the building trades including but not limited to; carpentry, plumbing, electrical, utility management, welding, masonry, sheet metal fabrication, construction, mechanics, etc. Works in a lead capacity through the direction of the Supervisor of Plant Operations
