This position will be responsible for reviewing AEMR requests for build and optimization and assist in smart tools for optimal use of the system. This role will work closely with the build and implementation team and must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requires technical knowledge of software applications, with Epic experience preferred. Should have a working knowledge of clinical practice workflow and vocabulary and the ability to multitask. Good understanding of software and hardware relationship and the ability to troubleshoot issues remotely. This position requires local travel to MD practices as well as working at the Shared Services location in Fountain Valley.
